SO, you're not in love...

We want you to be super happy with whatever you purchase from S+B, but we're all familiar with buyer's remorse, so we want to make it as easy as possible for you to get exactly what you want.

We don't provide refunds, as our collections are limited-run and made by hand. However, we can offer you the following:

  • Store credit in the amount of the original purchase
  • An exchange for the value of the original purchase price

We know that life happens, so if there are extenuating circumstances, please email Ryan-Ashley at info@smartandbeckercreative.com to talk about your unique circumstances.

All items (except custom orders + art purchased during First Friday shows) are returnable for any reason within 30 days, but must be 100% in their original condition. Customer is responsible for costs associated with shipping item back, but Smart & Becker will take responsibility for any shipping costs associated with returning an item to the customer during an exchange.

Smart & Becker has a right to refuse the return of an item at any time due to damage and will offer either to ship the item back with no exchange or credit, or a partial credit at the proprietor's discretion.

Custom orders may not be returned.
